City and Guilds 2357
In September 2010, the qualification will be changing from the 2330 to the 2357. It will be a combined qualification that include the previous technical certificate and the NVQ Level 3. At the moment the qualification is still in draft format, more information on it can be found at www.electricalqualifications.co.uk where progress news is updated regurlarly.
We anticipate that there will be multiple choice exams for this qualification and as ever, will continue to produce quality revision material to help you through those exams, whatever they may be.
The current C&G2330 will continue to run out until the qualification expires in 2013. If you are currently studying this route, then it will most definitely continue to be a very valid route to becoming an electrician. If you are unsure what exams you will need to complete, please check out our what exam page.
The 2382 (17th Edition) and the 2392 (Inpection and Test) have already been accredited to continue as normal.
